PART TIME WEB DESIGNER NEEDED
USWebCentral.com, Corp. – a web design, video & SEO business looking for a talented designer, experienced with the Adobe Creative Suite and XHTML/CSS development. Other development skills/languages a major plus.
This is a part-time job, 20 hours/week (10:00am – 2:00pm, M-F). Perfect for an experienced webby who now has kids in school, or an up-and-coming self-starter who needs time for other gigs/interests.
ON-SITE ONLY, please. Only local candidates will be considered.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Creative design skills & meticulous attention to detail
- Strong familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator/Photoshop/Dreamweaver/Flash (PC-based)
- In-depth knowledge of XHTML & CSS; ability to clean up or optimize Dreamweaver code
- Knowledge of WordPress and PHP
- Excellent organizational skills for both managing your workload AND for developing files that can be easily understood and edited by others
- Great communication skills
- Willingness to take on the “big picture” perspective and truly think your projects through
- Ambition to tackle new/unfamiliar challenges
- Discipline to be professional in a loosely structured work environment
- Integrity to always turn out your best work and treat co-workers & clients with respect
