This evaluation was of a carpet cleaning business who had a website for some five (5) years. When he first established his site he had so many call that he needed to hire extra staff to meet the need. The site was not ranked on the first ten pages so essentially he was invisible to organic rankings. When asked about how he had received “any” calls he disclosed that he had been doing Google Ad-words.
